1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Digital products or downloadable items
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@caelumonline.com with your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions
- Do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorised returns may not be processed
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Caelum is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at support@caelumonline.com and we will do our best to assist.
