1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Australia and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods:
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 12–22 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Caelum is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@caelumonline.com — we will try to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
